There are two important pieces of legislation on the docket for DOTH that can enhance and continue to propel Cardiac Rehab Programming. • HR 955/S 1849: Sustaining Outpatient Services Act seeks to redress the inequity in CMS reimbursement when a CR/PR program relocates off campus or opens a new facility off the grounds of the main hospital. HR 1406/S 3021: Sustainable Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Services in the Home Act seeks to make many of the waivers that CMS granted during the PHE permanent. These waivers allowed for the delivery of virtual CR/PR and for the daily supervising provider requirement to be met virtually. The last point is critical (no pun intended) for CAH in rural areas. • Your support is key.
Calling all members! Join AACVPR leaders in Washington, D.C., March 4-5 for Day on the Hill. Register now to take part in this opportunity to meet with legislators and advocate for the valuable care and services you provide to your patients. https://buff.ly/3Sstvw4

No keynote speaker... Really... Then why should you go... Who is the couple in the picture... They are also not the reason to attend. Unlike most speaker driven conferences, where the leaders, subject matter experts, and inspiration comes from those on stage, this National Networking Conference will have those same amazing leaders, who normally would be on stage, in the seats next to you. You should not attend for a keynote speaker... although God did provide an INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN KEYNOTE SPEAKER. You should not attend for only what you can get out of it... although you will walk away more encouraged, connected, and inspired. YOU SHOULD ATTEND TO... join others, as the body of Christ, who are beginning to see the need on our nation's greatest UNSEEN mission field. You won't want to miss this opportunity. I keep getting asked by church leaders and chaplains, what can they do for law enforcement during this difficult election season. Come learn what you can do. I keep talking to first responder ministry leaders who feel run down, discouraged, and feel like they are grinding it out alone. Come and join so many others from around the country. I keep talking to first responders and spouses who tell me they are the only Christians in their whole department. Come and be connected to others who are living out their faith well, while also serving in a difficult profession. Those attending will have two things in common: 1) Have a heart for our nation’s first responders and their families. 2) See the need for Real Hope in Christ as the solution to support and love them. Join us at this free National Networking Conference on September 20-21 in Chattanooga, TN. Online registration required because of limited space. Prime Minister of Toronto | Ontario Medalist | Diana Award Winner| President of CYEF |YORKU Top 30 under 30| Founder of PIL | Chairman of YUBAN | Keynote Speaker | Featured on BT & CBC| World Economic Forum Global Shaper
5 years ago, we never thought we would receive: ✅ A Certificate of Recognition from an MPP ✅ Our name would be called in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario at the Government House ✅ We would get an Ontario Medal 🎖️ ✅ Win the Diana Award🏆 ✅ Be a Top 30 Alumni Under 30 🏅 We never thought we would distribute 5,000 care packages or 10,000 care products. We were just helping people one at a time. I want to let people know that impacting lives starts one destiny at a time. When we started Project Impacting Lives with 20 of these care packages in 2019, we never thought any of this was possible. So, to you watching this video, I want you to start whatever it is that God has put in your heart. Don’t look at the awards and shiny things, they come along with the journey. Instead of looking at the scoreboard and these awards, FOCUS on doing the work. Even with these awards, I’m still going to keep on focusing on the work because that is the most important thing: actually impacting lives. So, I just want to encourage you—if you feel stirred up to start something, begin it today because you never know how far it could take you. Honestly JUST START THE BEST IS YET TO COME
