Here is an interesting situation with Cash App. I had it about 8-10 years ago. I had fraud on my account to the tune of around $800. I then closed the account. Now I opened again set up my bank account # and tried to put $300 into the app to use . Also have a company that uses to deposit commissions through cash app. It would not let me transfer my money from the bank account I have because of security issue. I talk to a customer care manager and all she would continue to tell me it is because of security reasons. So essentially I can’t use cash app ! I was the one that my account was hacked I was the victim and now I can’t use cash app….your customer care dept is not good you need someone that can explain why. I disappointed how I am being looked at like I’m some thief! I’m a senior citizen retired and am a victim of abuse from this app

Don't get me wrong I love cash app but you all was wrong about my dispute when yalls phone lines got tapped by scammers and took 300 dollars of mine. I mean yall should've told everybody to beware like 2 weeks ago I stopped in a CVS and loaded 300 dollars got in my car and tried sending money and it wouldn't send nothing so I called cash app support and was told to put in some numbers to fix my sending problem then next thing I know all my money was gone yall should be held responsible for your phone line have better security I trusted yall and got my 300 taken all because I called yall and trusted yall but deny me my money bk God bless all but yall were wrong for this

I have used cashapp for a long time. Something happened on my account and cashapp said I did something against their policy and shut my account down. I was able to open up another account . I was able to use it and then they did the same thing. I was never told what was wrong but now I can't have an account at all. This doesn't make sense to me. I didn't know what went wrong for them to do that. I need to use cashapp. Please help

Cash App cash app you are a bunch of criminals. It's disgusting that you have locked my account and you insist I wait 24-48hours for a resolution. I want to speak with someone who can resolve it immediately. I am the soul financial provider for my family. @Jack Dorsey come on and fix this company. It's thoroughly disgusting!

Cash App Support is horrible all you do is ask the same questions over and over again. I never once received an email with an answer to my question at all. I have been asking for an answer for many months now. I have given Cash App my email address at least 6 times, and you already have that information in my account profile. Why do you keep asking for the same information over and over again. For the last time, my email address is [email protected]. Did you get that??? I am going to contact my attorney and bring a class action law suit against Cash App for falsely accusing me of not following your terms of use. Subject: Disappointment with Cash App Services and Unauthorized Charges Disappointment with the recent experiences I have had with Cash App. I have noticed unauthorized charges on my account, where 2.7% of my funds were deducted without my consent. This is extremely concerning, especially since I have never opted for a business account with Cash App. The lack of transparency regarding these charges and the failure to provide clear information about the fees imposed has only added to my frustration. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution, the customer service experience has been far from satisfactory. I have been charged unjustly since 2017, without any valid explanation or reimbursement for the excessive fees. As a loyal user of Cash App, I expected better treatment and adherence to legal and ethical standards. The ongoing issues with unauthorized deductions and poor customer service have tarnished my trust in Cash App's services. This situation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of Cash App's practices. I kindly request immediate action to rectify these unauthorized charges, provide clarity on the fees, and ensure that such incidents are not repeated!!!!

There is no such thing as customer service with cash app. You just passify while monopolizing other people's money. CRIMINALS!
