For those of you who frequently hire Account Executives (AEs) or similar roles, what are the common attributes that make candidates more likely to be hired? Let me know in the comments! Ps. Mike Gallardo, would be awesome to hear your insights.

Doesn't fully answer your question, but from a job seeker's point of view, I would say the most common attributes appear to be: 1. Which company have you worked for? 2. Which industry do you know? 3. Who were your customers? After conducting hundreds of interviews myself and having successfully hired (and on-boarded) several salespeople, I think that these areas should not play the most central part in the decision-making criteria (not even in the screening phase). It seems that large part of the companies are completely lost when it comes to defining the key success factors for a specific Sales-related role and the optimal candidate profile. And on this basis, I can say that there is a crying need for what you do in the market. Keep up the good work TalentBee!

Roughly: Organisations that have their shit together, hire growth mindset and consistency. Organisations that don't, (most companies are here) hire sales folks based on substance expertise.
