Things change fast. With new technologies and processes emerging all the time, it can be tempting for organizations to throw their hands up and give up on formal training. But there is another way. By focusing on skills that are considered "mother skills" or that have a significant impact on how someone does something, training organizations can still have a major impact despite the consistent changes.
