When you're interviewing for a company, I believe there should be clear and transparent steps in the interview process. If you have an interview, you should receive real-time feedback on the process. If you're not chosen, you should receive personalized feedback instead of a generic email, or worse, no response at all. It's frustrating when companies don't follow up, leaving you in the dark about your application status. #GoodThursday #Interviewing #Processes

Don’t get ahead of yourself! ⌛ Sometimes when you have an amazing interview, but it’s important not to hire immediately. Take your time, think about all the candidates you interviews. Really think about who best fits the position, not just who had the best answers. Understanding exactly what your company needs, and who’s going fulfill those needs the most, will prevent you from hiring the wrong person. #pittsburgh #recrutiment #interview
