Here's how certain types of email addresses can impact our decision on whether to proceed with an interview: Too Casual or Inappropriate: Email addresses like [email protected] or [email protected] might not convey the professionalism you want in a workplace setting. Overly Complex or Unprofessional: It's challenging to take seriously an email like [email protected] or [email protected]. These can suggest a lack of judgment regarding professional norms. Outdated Email Providers: An address from long-abandoned providers might hint at a reluctance to adapt to new technologies, which can be a red flag in dynamic industries. Tip: If your current email address might raise eyebrows, it's worth setting up a new one that includes just your name or a simple variation thereof, such as [email protected] or [email protected]. It’s only been MY pleasure to lead our business for 8 of the 11 years I have been involved. Few things I have learned: • Only request of others tasks you're willing to undertake yourself. • True leaders prioritize their team's needs over their own. • Offer respect to everyone, regardless of whether they reciprocate. • Always come prepared. • Explain the purpose behind tasks, not just the tasks themselves. • Maintain an eagerness for learning throughout life. • Prioritize listening over speaking. • Sometimes, you'll need to go beyond your role without expecting rewards—such efforts often bring personal fulfillment. • Missteps aren't failures; they're chances to grow and advance. • Stay authentic to who you are and your core beliefs. Success follows when you align with organizations that share your values. • MOST IMPORTANT: Want more for others than from them! Can we do this? #LS If we do like this gentleman, it is possible to make many deprived people happy. Many of us are selfish. We are fond of making money. But after earning money if we spend some amount and provide the poor with food, clothes, and shelter they will be happy. It gives us satisfaction. As we know, corporate companies adopt 'Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).' Similarly, if everyone adopts 'Human Social Responsibility (HSR)', any nation can easily alleviate poverty. Governments cannot solely make every initiative a success. Citizens also have the responsibility. Long live humanity.
