I 100x the number of leads I generated in my previous jobs - and did the same to our UK launch strategy in the last 5 months: Here is a quick dive into my top priorities: - Numbers: going from zero to… Well, I can’t give away too much, but let's just say the closed deals are adding up nicely! - Finding our footing and adapting our messaging: content and selling style localisation has been one of my top priorities, ensuring that our messaging specifically resonates with our English audience and not just everyone-who-speaks-English-in-this-global-world. - Opening a showroom in 🏛 LONDON 🏛 by keeping the core values of Work With Island intact: simplicity, comfort, and style. Any suggestions for the location of the next one? - On-site visits: As of today, it has been the best way to build relationships with the wonderful people who chose to work with us and to give legitimacy to our brand. - Cross-cultural collaboration: ensuring that all relevant information is shared with our French team, to avoid losing anything in translation is a top priority. Imagine explaining the NHS trusts to your French boss when trying to understand them yourself for years :) This is just the beginning, and I am excited to see where we can take Work With Island. We are not just changing workspaces; we are rethinking the way we work.
