Excited to share that I've just started my journey as a Legalisation Administrator at Argentum Attestation FZ LLC ! As I wrap up my first week, I've already gained some valuable insights: Attention to Detail Matters: In reviewing documents for authentication, I've learned the critical importance of meticulous attention to detail. Catching a small discrepancy in a client's paperwork can save potential delays in the legalisation process. Effective Communication is Key: Whether liaising with clients, government agencies, or internal teams, clear and concise communication is essential. Time Management is Crucial: With multiple documents to process and deadlines to meet, effective time management is a must. Adaptability is a Strength: The legalisation landscape can be unpredictable, with regulations and requirements subject to change. Here's to a fulfilling journey ahead in this role, where each day brings new opportunities for growth and contribution! Lohith says that he "finally" gathered the courage to post about his new position at DataWars. But let me tell you more about how we met, and you'll see how courageous he's been, and how important is to push for what you love. I first became acquainted with Lohith in our nascent DataWars' Discord Server. At the beginning, it was me answering most of the questions from users, but one day this guy came with a weird Ironman profile picture helping other users in a random server. We didn't know each other, we didn't pay him, anything. He just saw a question and helped. First show of courage. A few weeks in, after answering questions here and there, he started asking his own questions. But they were nothing like simple Python/Pandas questions, he was asking about the mathematical derivation of the Bias–variance tradeoff 😳. He was taking a course about Machine Learning, and he was digging even deeper by his own means into topics that were not covered. Second show of courage. A few months ago, he randomly emailed me with an idea of building a project for DataWars. We didn't post a search or anything like that. He initiated the contact. We obviously were extremely happy to count with him in our team. Third show of courage. Lohith is a great example of how working hard and pushing for what you like will do for you. I have gotten several important deals in my life by just cold-emailing someone and being honest about how we could collaborate. Worst thing that can happen? They don't reply. So keep pushing, keep asking for what you want, and keep building connections. I hope Lohith's courage serves as a motivator.

I start my carrier as research scientist

Some times your struggles in a particular direction doesn't become fruitful۔۔۔despite investing all of your energies٫ money and time٫ nothing seems getting productive. Sometimes it looks that٫ your life is ended up in the blind ally and you're struck between the fire and the well۔۔۔  Doesn't it seems deadly hopeless? Of course yes! I think this is the point where we've to change the conventional way of thinking. Things are predestined to happen in our lives. May be we're struggling in the wrong direction. May be the direction we're struggling in٫ is quite harmful and could be deadliest for the very being of us. This is the point where we have to adopt the next level approach. May be we need to divert the dimensions of our journey٫ to divorce our field٫ to get ride of the stereotypes or to change the whole of our mind-set. We need to think twice. It's the nature signaling us. It's the nature changing us. And it's the nature leading us. All we need٫ is to accept the change. @Anita۔۔۔EFU representative.
