🚀 The EDPS - European Data Protection Supervisor published a new guideline on generative AI and has taken a significant step towards ensuring the responsible use of generative Artificial Intelligence within EU institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies. CAIDP Europe applauds the EDPS at aiming to support EUIs navigate the complex landscape of data protection obligations when developing or deploying generative AI tools.
