✨ Last Working Day at sennder ✨ I am filled with a mix of emotions: gratitude for the journey, pride in the achievements, peace and readiness for the new path. Reflecting on my time here, I am thankful for the chance to be a part of a forward-thinking organization, shaping the future of logistics. This work allowed me to learn, try, take risks, make my own decisions, accept responsibility, find solutions, and grow. From the moment of my first interview, I saw open-minded people who always try to do their best: smart, dedicated, and supportive colleagues. On the other side, I was honored to work with a number of great customers from whom I also gained invaluable experience. 📚 My Top 3 Lessons: - Keep on Trucking: Change is constant. Embrace it and act with what you have, be brave and do your best. - Customers First: Always think about the customer—their view, needs, and situation. Joining Allegro in June 2022, one of my main task was to build a Talent Acquisition Team who will respond to internationalisation needs in the Operations (CX&DEX) area 👍 In the summer of 2022, I took over a team of 5 experts who were responsible for acquiring talents on the Polish market. Since then, I have been dividing my time between Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and business trips have become a constant element of my business agenda.
