🔸 What are your strengths? Leadership and teamwork are two of my strongest qualities. By encouraging open channels of communication, I increase team productivity so that my manager can benefit from strong working relationships and cohesive teams. I have handled many projects, audit , tax assignments in my internship and guided helped 1st year interns when i was a 3rd year article. The principal used to rely on me when there is deadline and i have always tried my best to perform best when it truly matters 🔸 Tell me about a situation when you had to work under pressure. In my previous role, I was tasked with leading a difficult project with a tight deadline. To handle it well, I went to team members with specialized skills to collaborate and overcome challenges effectively so that my manager could focus on other aspects of the projects. There was situation when most important senior was ill and entire responsibility of his work was on my responsibility for eg say stat audit, or tax audit or TDS return or anyother work related to profile you apply and i had to work in deadline, learn new things, supervise and get things done from others, get data from client in time . 🔸 Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? Over the next five years, I see myself taking on additional responsibilities within this organization, with a special focus on projects involving automation and process optimization so that our manager could better allocate resources to key activities and strategic decision-making. "Why Some CA Articles May Struggle to Secure Stipends that Meet Their Monthly Needs" Hey Your Consultant is Here, We are getting messages for part time job, paid internships side by side from many CA article. Why is this happening right now? I think every CA student has faced financial challenges during their studies unless they come from affluent families. However, in CA, those are less common. I'm not of the thought that they should be paid more or less, but they should be paid a reasonable amount that can just manage their expenses in their respective cities, as most of the students have moved to the cities for articleship. I don't think any firm in practice can't do this; they are well capable of it. The only thing is they also need to consider this aspect, as it's a process to becoming a successful CA. However, everything is changing nowadays, including our working culture, types of work, and hours of work. This factor should also change a little bit, as many face some small issues due to financial constraints, which they may not even convey to their family. While we were privileged to have these opportunities, not everyone gets them, especially non-CA candidates. Here are some basic prerequisites for a job in the accounting field: Basic Accounting Fundamentals and Primary Software (Tally): You might complete a 3-month training at an institute, but then what? Proficiency in Word and Excel: It's essential to know the basics. Many haven't used these tools since the 7th or 8th grade. Basic GST, Income Tax, and Related Concepts: Understanding practical accounting requirements is crucial. Communication Skills: Knowing how to send professional emails is vital. I love #Gujarati and respect #Hindi, but in the professional world, basic communication in #English is necessary. Language shouldn't be a barrier.
