A pivotal component of a democracy is having free and open elections. As a U.S.-American, voting is a right that I take seriously. I appreciate early voting so that I can ensure that work/personal matters don't interfere with me getting to the polls. Every vote matters. If you work/study at UW-Madison, or live close by, check out the Voter Information website (https://vote.wisc.edu/) for more details on when and how you can vote ahead of the August 13th primary and the November 5th general election. Note, early voting is also called in-person absentee voting.
