Finally finding the time to sit and recap. The NC Affordable Housing Conference was such a great event and very well attended by many key players - excited for what 2025 can bring and how BSB Design is able to expedite quality design at the speed of Developers' liking while possessing the ability to execute plan reviews for increased efficiency, units, and marketability! Williams, P.E. WoodWorks Mass timber presentations hosted at CUBE 3's Princeton office by Chris Poles, Charles M. Chappell & Jim Muhaw of Rothoblaas - Such great knowledge all around and really gave me the itch to build with mass timber! ____________________ 9/11 & 9/12 Will be attending the NYC Multifamily Summit hosted by GreenPearl. Anyone and everyone in the NE-MF space will be in attendance. Looking forward to listening in and engaging with the speakers/attendees on the state of the Multifamily market.
