🌟 Celebrating the Journey: The Unsung Hero of Sales Success 🌟 In the fast-paced world of sales, it's easy to become fixated on the end goal: closing the deal. However, today, I was reminded of something fundamentally important – the value of celebrating the journey, not just the destination. Krysta Busey reminded me how, in grade school when we earned gold stars for reading 20 minutes a day. We didn’t need to finish the book to be recognized; it was about the effort, the daily commitment. And sometimes, that commitment was rewarded with a slice of pizza at the end of the week. That was celebrating the process. In sales, the process is our roadmap to success. Before we can revel in the victory of a closed deal, there are crucial steps we must acknowledge and celebrate: - Making the call to book the meeting. - Discovering the client's needs through meaningful conversation. - Crafting a tailored proposal that speaks to those needs. - Navigating the intricacies of negotiation. Each step is a building block, a gold star, leading to the ultimate goal. Today, I was inspired by conversations with my peers, Krysta and Josh; I realized the importance of visualizing and celebrating these small victories. Josh Fox tracks his calls as a visual reminder of his progress – his modern-day gold star. Today, I celebrate booking four meetings. It may seem small in the grand scheme, but these moments pave the way to success; every step forward is a testament to our dedication, strategy, and hard work. So, here's to celebrating the process, each step, each call, and each meeting booked. It's these moments that ultimately lead us to our goals. Let's recognize our progress, motivate one another, and continue pushing forward, one gold star at a time. Thank you, Krysta and Josh. #SalesStrategy #CelebrateSuccess #SalesProcess #Motivation #Teamwork

Had an enlightening moment this morning as we are having end-of-the-year renewal meetings with Account Managers. Over the years, I’ve encountered two breeds of Account Managers: Breed 1: The “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t” wizards 🧙♂️ Their magic trick? Appearing with a bang at sale time and vanishing into thin air post-deal - only to reappear when the ink starts to fade and it’s time for that upsell spell or renewal! Breed 2: The “Part of the Team” loyalists 🐙 These rare gems don't just pass by; they move in, roll up their sleeves, and get down to business. They’re less about the transaction, and more about the interaction and relationship building. They understand that the true win is when both teams score - making it less of a sales pitch and more of a partnership match! Finding Breed 2 is like striking gold in the corporate wilderness. They're the ones who remind you that real relationships in business are not just an old-school ideal but a modern-day dealmaker! Big thank you to two gems that have shown us there are good ones out there that truly act like added team members, Mark Golafshan and Katie Dowsett from Hired, my team and I appreciate you❣ #Teamwork #Sales #Partnership #BusinessGrowth #AccountManagementUnveiled

Celebrating client wins is my favorite part of my job, so when I got this feedback from Carolyn, I was totally ecstatic! 🥳🥳🥳 Here's the full testimonial: "The ultimate goal was getting an understanding of the perception of the business based on our 3 service delivery areas and with that, what can be done to improve this perception with the hope that this would aid in our revenue numbers. 150% it was achieved - I have a clear direction on not only how I can modify online presence but also the insight into sales strategies was invaluable. You completely surpassed my expectations - you were vested in our success and it is clear that you want your clients to succeed. You are genuinely interested in getting to know the business and determining best courses of action and then pivoting on the plan that we originally discussed to get us where we need to be. Absolutely no suggestions - just perfect!" -Carolyn, The Canine Social Company 🐾 🎉 Thank you for the feedback! 🐶💕 Currently doing a happy dance over here! 🐕🦺🌟 If you're ready to make more sales with your pet biz, my DM's are open! Send me your biz questions to get started. But don't wait - there's only one spot left this year for my most comprehensive offer! 🤑

🌟 The Power of Consistency in Sales 🌟 February presented a challenging month, revenue-wise. It was a period of introspection for me, and therein, I found my oversight - a lapse in consistency. In sales, our strength lies not in sporadic achievements but in our daily commitment. It’s about steadfastly adhering to our processes, especially when the going gets tough. This realization in March has not only repositioned me at the #1 spot for total revenue and number of accounts sold but has also marked a period of exceptional performance for my entire South region team as we gear up for the busy season ahead. By embracing consistency, every one of us has turned our individual efforts into collective triumph. This journey from reflection to action underscores a timeless lesson: consistency isn’t just about individual discipline; it’s a catalyst for team excellence. As we continue to ride this wave of success, let’s remember the role that showing up, refining our approach, and supporting each other plays in not just meeting but exceeding our goals. To everyone out there pushing forward, day in and day out, remember: your consistent efforts will pave the way for unprecedented success, not just for you, but for your team as well. Here’s to making each day, each call, and each meeting count! #SalesSuccess #ConsistencyIsKey #TeamExcellence #ProfessionalGrowth

Friday afternoons are a great time to do sales workshops and knowledge exchange sessions. Clients are wrapping up the day and not very responsive to emails or calls and the team is building up energy for the weekend ⚡ In today's sales role-play session: 💡 Everyone was the first to give themself feedback after their own pitch 😬 Everyone representing the client very accurately presented a challenging scenario 🍕 All the reference examples were about pizza - perhaps LANCH can help make sure we have snacks for the next session 😅 Super proud of our growing commercial team Torg 🚀 #PrivateLabelSales #SourcingMadeSimple
