When we don’t pay attention to wins, we: -can think we are not enough -develop negative mindset -have imposter syndrome -strive for more -fear failure Recently a client told me how much paying attention to wins has helped him in ALL areas of his life. Give it a try. Track three wins a day! Start team meetings with wins.
