One year… wow. The time has gone so fast. I’ve achieved way more than I thought I/we could and really looking forward to my next 12 months at Phase 3 . Companies “talk the talk” about “People Centricity” and “People First” but rarely have I found it’s much more than sound-bites and tick boxes for IIP awards etc…. Phase 3 TRULY are people first (in fact family first, colleagues second and Clients third if truth be told) and that’s testament to why we have such committed, loyal and happy employees here. That culture/DNA whatever you want to call it, creates the right conditions for success and growth in a challenging marketplace and a severe talent shortage. It’s been a challenging 12 months with some pretty exciting highs and some shaded lows for sure, but on the whole, we are on-track despite geo-economic conditions (above track in many respects) and come May 2024, we go again, with totally improved skill set, proper cadence and a focus on the key deliverables for growth and sustainable profitability. Thank you to all the SLT, all the employees who have supported me and of course the Sales team over the last 12 months, as cheesy as this sounds, it’s truly awesome to be part of the family 💚 #peoplefirst #peoplecentric #peopleandculture
