Pride Month is important because it celebrates the identity, expression, and freedom of LGBTQ+ people, who have historically faced discrimination, oppression, and violence because of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Most importantly, it promotes the values of equality, justice, and human rights for all, regardless of who they love or how they identify. At Brightwell we want everyone to feel they can be themselves at work.
