This has been our most complex installation to date, covering multiple processes yet maintaining a beautiful simplicity thanks to mobile robots, standard shelving, and components that can be installed in just days. Spending few weeks in the US during ramp up here are some notes: - Our biggest challenge was getting everything ready for the peak season just a few months after going live. - The customer was operating two parallel warehouses and routing orders between them, adding another layer of complexity. - Ensuring restocked items were distributed correctly across various picking zones was crucial. To address this, we developed new dashboards that suggest what should be restocked in the system, where it should be restocked (Pallet picking vs Goods to Person vs Robotic pick), helping to fulfill orders more efficiently. Ultimately, the only thing that matters is getting the orders out and we are always here to help our partners.
