Last week we gathered for The Big Dip with the legends themselves, the Stoltman Brothers Ltd, at Loch Insh Outdoor Centre. These strongmen swear by cold water for performance and recovery, and they were right there with us, diving into the icy depths and bringing calm to the chaos. ❄️ With breathwork led by Jim and Nat from Root2Rise, the night was set for an unforgettable swim.
