The end of October marks the completion of Microsoft's annual month-long Give campaign, where teams come together to make a difference in communities through fundraising and volunteering efforts. It’s always inspiring to see how employees step up to support organizations they care about – like Make-A-Wish America, American Lung Association, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, just to name a few. A couple highlights from this year’s campaign made it especially memorable for me: - At the start of the month, my colleagues and I participated in a volunteer event for the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii, where we collectively provided 200 hours to help them with some outdoor and indoor renovations. It was truly humbling to see the impact we had on these kids. - A few weeks later, I hopped on my Peloton bike to host a virtual ride supporting Microsoft's Disability Scholarship, which aims to narrow the disability gap by launching more people with disabilities into higher education. Seeing such a great turnout and sweating with my team for a good cause was amazing! I am so grateful to be part of a team that cares so much about giving back and creating a better future, during GIVE and all year round. 💜
