Exciting things are happening in Washington City, especially on the north side of I-15 at Exit 10, Green Spring! We’re thrilled to announce two recent building permits that mark significant progress in our commercial development. First, Bonneville Builders is moving forward with the construction of a Residence Inn by Marriott, which will be located near the existing Springhill Suites. This new addition will further enhance the hospitality options available in the area, catering to the growing demand from visitors and business travelers. Second, Watts Construction Inc is building Panera Bread in Washington City, with the new restaurant being built along Buena Vista Blvd. This project, developed by Evergreen Devco, Inc., is part of a three-lot commercial subdivision that also includes a Quick Quack car wash, which is already under construction. Additionally, there’s a multi-use commercial building concept in the works that will feature a Cyprus Federal Credit Union, office space, and a coffee shop. This building is currently under staff review for a building permit, and it promises to add even more vibrancy to the area. Thanks to the Galloway & Company, Inc. team for the civil work. With these developments, Washington City continues to grow as a commercial hub, offering more amenities and services to residents and visitors alike. 7moPrior to concrete casting. See to it that everything is already done. 1. Survey approved 2. ITR approved by the Engineer 3. MEP approved 4. Scafdoldings and Formworks 5. Third party for the concrete from the batching plant already inform 6. Cleaning is very important 7. Vibrator already at site 8. After the casting, curing should be apply by preparing burlap and polyethylene for cover with curing compound. 9. Monitor the first arrival of the concrete truck it's slump, concrete temperature, the time of batching and arrival. Prepare 7 sample of the concrete. 10. Random checking of the concrete 11. Always coordinate with the construction and the Engineers
