Sunscreen is an extremely important item, especially during the warmer months, not unlike food and water. Unfortunately, having access to sunscreen is a privilege that not everyone is afforded.
While protecting skin is at our core, we are also big believers in protecting the health and well-being of those who need it most.
We recently had the opportunity to play our part in bridging the gap by donating stock of our SPF hydra range to Foodbank Victoria to be distributed to those in need. We are very proud of our partnership with Foodbank and would like to take this opportunity to thank Foodbank for their dedication to providing support for the community.
What a commendable initiative! It's inspiring to see your commitment to supporting the community, especially through essential products like sunscreen.
At JD Glass, we share your dedication to making a positive impact. We specialize in eco-friendly glass cosmetic packaging that not only enhances product presentation but also aligns with sustainable practices.
We would love to explore how JD Glass can support future initiatives like these with our premium packaging solutions. Let's connect and discuss further.
Well done Bondi Sands for supporting such an important cause. Everyone in the world should be equal, and must be equal. Humanity is so important and what you have done here Bondi Sands, is put people in need first and that is such an admirable and amazing thing to do. 🙏❤️ #BondiSands
At Primax Properties LLC we strive to have a positive impact in our community, and try to give back in some way every month.
For the month of November, as an office, we collected and donated a total of 122 pounds of canned and shelf stable goods to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina (SHMETROLINA)
Hello Everyone,
I am excited to share with you Onoré's first CSR report. You can read the full document below, but I just wanted to share a few figures illustrating how we are improving on all 4 pillars of our CSR policy:
1. Employees 👨💼 👩💼
We have been lowering our incident Frequency Rate in 2023, down to 18.
2. Products 🍰
94% of Boncolac suppliers signed our Code of conduct.
3. Environment 🌍 :
We have be reducing by 5% our Greenhouse gas emission in one year (Scope 3, on a like-for-like basis).
4. Territories 🏭 :
We have built a number of partnerships with local charities across all sites. For instance Proper Cornish donated over £10k in sponsoring and local event support for the Bodmin community.
We are now raising the bar in 2024, we will continue to transform the Onoré Group to contribute to a sustainable future 😍
Many times we wonder if it is only by going for an outreach or saving lives through being physically present we can render service to humanity?
You do not have to be present before you can make impact. Shaping the future and lives of children through your donations and contributions also counts.
Hence, here is an opportunity for you to contribute and change a life through sponsorship and donations. Material things, donation in cash etc. Service to humanity is not until you are present there, giving back to the community and giving to change lives is also a way.

"Half the people that donated we would not have mailed to." 🤯
Bat Conservation International had some wild results on their EOY campaign with Dataro Predict.
Half the people who donated wouldn't have been on their list. You read that right. HALF.
But instead of relying on business as usual, they used Dataro Predict to identify and target donors who were most likely to give (bringing in some big, unexpected gifts).
Dataro Predict scanned every donor in their existing database, so they could know which donors would:
- give,
- churn,
- upgrade,
- reactivate,
- and more... in seconds.
Which meant they could:
- build more-targeted lists, and
- run a hyper-personalized campaign that earned more donations and wasted less resources.
Well done, BatCon!
As we celebrate Community Garden Week, I'm reflecting on the incredible journey we've had with our community sensory garden in Jubilee Park.
A couple of years ago, alongside some amazing volunteers, we rolled up our sleeves and brought this beautiful space to life. From planting Colourful flowers to creating pathways, every moment was filled with love and dedication.
One of the highlights for me was reaching out to our local community for donations of plants and flowers. It was heartwarming to see the generous contributions pouring in from all corners.
Want to bring your community project to life too? Here are some tips on getting donations:
Use local community groups: Spread the word about your project in local community groups and forums. You'd be surprised how many people are willing to help when they know it's for a good cause.
Approach local businesses: Reach out to local shops and businesses for donations of materials or funds. Many businesses are happy to support community initiatives.
Host fundraising events: Organise events like bake sales, table top sales, or charity auctions to raise funds for your project. Not only are these events fun, but they also bring the community together.
Get creative with advertising: Design eye-catching ads for social media, local newspapers, or community notice boards to spread the word about your project and attract potential donors.
Together, we can turn visions into reality and make a positive impact in our community.
Are you ready to start your community project, but struggling with where to start?

CCO @Grace & Green | Improving access to sustainable period products | Championing period dignity for all🩸Coaching | Consulting | Mentoring | Founder @Seed to Oak
When I joined Grace & Green in 2022 as Head of Growth, my very first presentation to the Board was about how we took what had been created in Period Dignity and use this to have a much wider impact on both the business and the world of work. How would we make Period Dignity the market leader (with very little money to spend to do so)?
I don't have enough space in this post to work through exactly what I set out in that meeting, however it boiled down to:
✌ Understanding the impact we want to have: It's always been about more than supplying products - Education is woven into the threads of Period Dignity.
To achieve period dignity we need access to information, availability of products and acceptance within workplace culture - we designed our offering and continue to develop everything we do around these pillars. This was summed up perfectly by a client (John) who said "Grace & Green don't just supply a product, they create a CULTURE". Exactly John.
✌ Remember who we are and why we are doing it: Unsurprisingly, the workplace space has and is becoming more competitive. This is excellent news, as more businesses embrace free period care as a basic right, and especially comforting how many are choosing a more sustainable providers. As now Chief Commercial Officer, it's also mildly stressful (mildly 🙃 ).
However, dignity continues to be about more than avoiding getting caught short, it's about embracing inclusivity and supporting our Members to deliver dignity for all, no matter of age, gender identity, or how they experience their period. There's still a long way to go, and we've got SO much more coming here...
✌ Treat every customer like they are absolutely making our day. This is perhaps a small business mindset, or when many of the team have done almost every job in the company. We all remember the THRILL of winning our first big contract, the DELIGHT of walking into a shop and seeing our products on shelf, or randomly walking into the bathroom BEAMING seeing our products. We don't take for granted the fact we get to be in people's everyday.
(For me this has never worn off, my heart still skips a little when I process an order, receive a tender award notice, or see a customer talking about us on socials.)
Particularly grateful for our team for supporting our phenomenal YOY 120% growth, for challenging, pushing our vision and positioning, and for being excellent.
I'm incredibly proud of what we and our members are doing to drive inclusivity, awareness and dignity within their workplaces and educational establishments. I can't wait to see what the next two years can hold.
Happy Birthday Period Dignity. x
Two years of Period Dignity 🎉
It's #WorldMenstrualHygieneDay and we're celebrating two years of making periods dignified and accessible for everyone.
Since launching, our Period Dignity scheme has helped over 400 businesses, schools and public institutions provide sustainable period products to those who need them most.
Together we've:
❋ Supplied 9 million free-to-access sustainable period products
❋ Delivered 9,800+ free period packs to those who need them in partnership with local councils
❋ Stocked 60+ universities and schools with Grace & Green products
❋ Donated £97,000 worth of period products to charitable organisations, including local food banks, in 2023 alone.
Thank you to our community and incredible partners and supporters for making helping us make a difference.
Check out our visits to New Cut Coffee, BIMM University, OVO, Watershed, and Wiper and True. Thank you Honeywell Bakes for our beautiful birthday biscuits.
Does your company offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO)?
Giving your staff paid time off to volunteer for charitable activities with ITF is a great way to boost your impact for our planet.
We’ve got lots of tree planting events coming up that could use your help, so why encourage your staff to get involved in community tree planting.
Or get in touch to see how we can help your organisation plant more trees and boost your CSR.

Love, love, love this campaign from Lidl 👇🏻
In celebration of World Bee Day, Lidl has put together this brilliant initiative, which helps support pollinators.
Here's what they've done:
1. They've launched these new Bee'rs (Free bottles of syrup, which can be put down to help revive exhausted bees).
2. They've donated £10K to the British Bee Charity, to provide learning materials to 500 schools, educating them on the importance of bees and bio-diversity.
3. They've set up a simple landing page, with tips on how you can help bees and other pollinators.
A great campaign for a great cause.
