Employees endure inappropriate comments, unwanted advances, and unfair treatment, often fearing retaliation if they speak up. This fosters a toxic environment that erodes morale, productivity, retention, and, ultimately, an organization's bottom line and reputation. The good news is that companies can break this silence. By creating a justice and psychological safety culture, they can empower employees to speak up and ensure that injustice is taken seriously. Here's how to break the silence and address workplace injustice:

Workplace investigations are complicated. The landscape of best practices and caselaw changes so quickly. So I was incredibly grateful to attend the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc. conference last week with the wonderful Lindsey M. Lee, Ph.D., ICF-ACC (she/her) and learn from people who spend inordinate amounts of time thinking about the best ways to advance workplace investigations and make life better for businesses and employees. Investigators always have the best stories and it is so nice to catch up! #workplaceinvestigations #employmentlaw
