As the foodservice industry continues to change in the wake of COVID-19, we’re seeing customers enjoying their food in new and interesting ways. With more than 40% of Aussies now preferring to snack rather than eat a proper meal at least once a week, foodservice businesses are having to adjust their menus to cater for this format of dining. The benefit of a snacking menu is that it encourages customers to stay at your venue for longer periods of time, grazing as they feel hungry.
