Some of you have asked us about what inspired Lotus Rise. ⏪ Let's look back on how we got here. Several years ago, our co-founders Charles and Neeraj started collaborating with nonprofits and foundations. They both grasped how vital these organizations' activities are for our future, and over the years, they developed an intimate understanding of their struggles, too. 🪷 Neeraj appreciated the challenges that foundations and nonprofits encountered when it came to adopting innovative technologies. Nonprofit organizations were faced with so many options that they struggled to identify which ones would be best for them. They also had resource limitations and showed skepticism when dealing with novelty. 🪷 At the same time, Charles realized that foundations and nonprofits lacked a proper support system; collaborations among them are typically project-based and, therefore, often don’t translate into long-lasting change. Our co-founders felt like there was a need for a holistic solution that would address both problems at once. They were moved by a strong conviction that it's our role as people to contribute to the future of humanity when they took on the challenge of enhancing the impact of those who do good. Our community fosters innovation for foundations and nonprofits alike. We guide them toward contemporary technological solutions that fit their unique needs.
