Excited to share that an 8-month long project was released today as part of National Public Health Week. HAMILTON COUNTY, TN—The Hamilton County Health Department announces the publication of the 2024 A Picture of Our Health Community Health Assessment. Using the most current data and information available from local, state, and federal agencies and current public health research, the report provides a detailed description of the health status of Hamilton County residents. This report focuses on social determinants of health (SDOH) and emerging health issues. The report is published every 4-5 years and focuses on 8 key factors that contribute to the overall health of Hamilton County. https://lnkd.in/eGGbj7iB.
