I've seen a surge of "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." bans for people who've had their accounts hacked, mine included. When are you planning to resolve these? We shouldn't have to pay for the lack of security on your servers. Then you make your phone lines unavailable. You can't message on Twitter or Facebook. So tell us, what do we need to do to talk to an actual human being who can do the research and see that these bans are made in error? I was banned from a game I don't even have installed. You want us to buy new games but can't even ensure the ability to play them once you buy. Please fix this. Help me secure my account, your email support is sending generic unhelpful bot responses. Where is your quality assurance?

Your support system is so terrible , banning permanently player who just spammed in trade chat , that’s really terrible. After 8 years of gameplay that’s not respectful👎
