Two nice cases of VT ablation with strikingly similar clinical presentations: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, similar ECG morphology, and apical origin. The only difference? One was ablated endocardially, the other epicardially! The high-resolution mid-diastolic signals targeted for ablation, recorded using the ablation catheter's microelectrodes, were particularly interesting. These signals allowed for acute termination of the clinical arrhythmia in both cases.
