During this process, we communicate, interact with our leaders, our peers, our subordinates and other team members that gave us a 360-degree view of the entire organization. We need to have clarity and trust among us to make workplace a better place sidelining the negativities and only focusing on the positives. Ambiguity, Silos Culture, Closed cabin decisions, Authoritative styles sometimes do more harm to the team. Workplace matters a lot to us and contributes to our mental and physical health. This impact is visible in our behaviors at work and at home. Without partnering Hand in hand, we just do our jobs and not did not learn or understand the bigger landscape of the organization.
