As I continue to grow in the world of influencer marketing and the creator economy, I've had the opportunity to observe the evolution in how influence is measured and marketed. Throughout my experience, I've encountered various approaches that reflect this evolution: 1. Opportunities To See (OTS): This metric focuses on estimating the potential reach of an influencer's content, indicating the number of individuals who could potentially view it. 2. Impressions on CPM (Cost Per Mille): This method involves selling impressions where advertisers pay for every thousand views of an influencer's content. 3. Quality Impressions & Engagements: This approach represents a more refined strategy, emphasizing not only the quantity of impressions but also their quality and the resulting engagement. It's great that we now have access to accurate data and we can measure creator performance properly. #influencermarketing #creatoreconomy

Measurement is increasingly more important in influencer marketing. The days of simply activating content and seeing huge ROAS numbers are behind us (ah, sweet nostalgia 😂 ). Back in 2015 we used to swipe up, put the link above the fold and convince brands and creators that the FTC disclosure was actually not optional. Today, we use data-backed strategy, attribution tools and our in-house measurement team to drive engagement, performance and impact. It's validating when your work gets recognized.
