Halda is developing a novel class of therapies called Regulated Induced Proximity Targeting Chimeras (RIPTAC), which use a “hold and kill” mechanism targeting cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. With this funding, Halda will move its lead asset, HLD-0915, for metastatic prostate cancer into Phase I trials by mid-2025, and advance another RIPTAC asset for metastatic breast cancer currently in preclinical stages.
