Senior Consultant (UX/Ul, User Research, Service Design, Website & App Design, UX Writing) + Shopify Expert!
AI in E-Commerce: My Latest Obsession 🚀 Lately, I’ve been obsessed with how AI is transforming the e-commerce world, especially when it comes to improving user experience (UX). As someone who’s always focused on creating seamless, intuitive designs, I’ve seen firsthand how AI can elevate e-commerce platforms by making them smarter, more personalised, and more user-friendly. Take Shopify’s AI-powered product recommendations—it uses machine learning to show users exactly what they’re looking for, often before they even know it! It’s an incredible way to create a personalised shopping journey that feels effortless. And then there’s Adobe Sensei, which analyzes customer behavior to optimize content and deliver relevant experiences in real time. These AI tools are changing the way we design for users, making their experience smoother, faster, and more engaging. For me, great UX is all about reducing friction and anticipating user needs. When you combine that with AI, you’re creating a shopping experience that not only delights customers but also drives conversions. In my work with e-commerce platforms, I see AI as the key to building websites that are both visually compelling and intelligently designed. If you’re as fascinated by AI in UX as I am, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How do you think AI will shape the future of e-commerce? #AI #Ecommerce #UXDesign #Shopify #AdobeSensei #DigitalInnovation #shopifyagency #ObsessedWithDesign #uiux #optimization #conversionrate #vinovaagency

In the world of #eCommerce, speed defines the winner. An online brand can outperform its competition if it handles the "speed". Few examples: 1. How 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 does your store perform on mobile? - 85% of customers are mobile and have a 4-second attention span. Don't lose them. 2. How 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 can your customers find and learn about your products? - A well-defined UX speeds up product discovery, making shopping easier and more enjoyable. 3. How 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 do you respond to your customers? - Detailed product pages reduce the need for customer support - Are you still responding to each customer manually in the AI era? 4. How 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 do you dispatch your products? - Are you still processing each order manually? Automation can help. What else will you add? #eCommerce #WebsiteSpeed #Marketing #UX #shopify #adobecommerce #magento #Hyva #D2C
