It's BACK baby!! 🎉 Our #MakePromFair campaign returns for its seventh outing! Although schools have tried to curb the extortionate cost of Prom in recent years and some young people can have a free ticket, CinderFella still isn't making it to the ball -- simply because they have #NothingToWear for Prom. If you work in a school how can your young people benefit? 🗣️ Refer them into one of our client sessions and accompany them during school hours. Discreet sessions on non-general client days are also available. 🛍️ Place a specific order for the young person and pick it up using our pre-order system 📦 Place a bulk order for a range of clothing/sizes. We will deliver this so you can offer prom clothing choices discreetly at your school 👗New this year: hold a Mobile Sharewear session at your school. We'll set up a prom pop up and run a browsing session in your school. (Mobile Sharewear sessions must take place before the end of May and must be in school hours) If there are families who will struggle with the cost of Prom in your school or college and you want to support them, please email [email protected] with the subject PROM. Thanks to your generous donations all year round, we always have healthy stocks of dresses and party footwear, but we are always desperate for modern suits and formal wear for young people wearing 'boys' clothes. If you've a young person at home who's never worn 'that' suit or dress again, please donate via our usual options. (Donation details in comments). Please dry-clean any make-up marks etc away before donating, thank you! Schools could hold a 'prom-it-back' event in their sixth forms, asking the students to donate their Year 11 outfits. We can then collect them and make sure those outfits go to schools with the most families in need. By working together, schools and the Sharewear community can #MakePromFair for all. Let's do this! In a bid to help parents and carers in Norwich save on the expense of school uniform and prevent clothing that is in wearable condition going to waste, Castle Quarter have launched a preloved school uniform collection point. and are asking for donations. During the summer, they will host a pop-up event for a school uniform swap shop, where parents and carers can pick up good quality items of clothing, for free, ready for the new school term to begin. Castle Quarter is asking people to donate blazers, cardigans, jumpers PE kits, polo shirts, shorts, shoes, skirts and trousers. Items can be plain or branded, and in any colour. They must be washed and in good, wearable condition, with all name tags removed if possible. #recycle #reuse #donate #uniform

PAL-ly Rally Ep.2 - Test them all! With so many cars about on our fundraiser drive for PALS, we became dizzy with options. In the end we just had to test them all! However, for Apple Service Ads, that isn’t the best strategy. My advice: don’t just ping out an A-B test for the sake of it!  It is common wisdom to A-B test but that can sometimes be used as an excuse to send out campaigns that just aren’t ready when you don’t need to take the risk. There is software to do it for you! We at Redbox Mobile made our award-winning Astra platform for a reason. You can pre-test and pre-optimise keywords before you get to the A-B testing phase. This saves money and time in the long-run and prevents leads being bombarded by unfinished adverts that could harm your brand. A “For-profit” Shoe company that donated 95 million pairs of shoes to children in 70 countries. TOM's is a unique shoe-selling company that operates on a one-for-one business model. For every pair of shoes sold, TOM's donates a pair of shoes to children in need. In 2015, they launched a campaign called #OneDayWithoutShoes where they asked their audience to share pictures without shoes, and for every picture shared, one pair of shoes will be donated to children in need. Surprisingly this campaign helped them donate 296, 243 new shoes to children around the world. Here's the psychology behind what makes TOM's campaign and the business model so successful. 📌 Social Responsibility TOM's taped into the psychological principle of social responsibility by presenting consumers with an opportunity to make a difference through their purchases.
