MOSS 100 is the third and best pedicle screw system that I developed for my iMAS tlif approach. This clearly does not offer you the exact rod length but can help narrow your choice down. Transcatheter electrosurgical septotomy is indeed a helpful tool to keep in mind while treating post-dissection aortic aneuysms. Optimization of the proximal and distal landing zones can further reduce the amount of aortic coverage.

Twenty years ago, Dr Saulat Fatimi, Professor and Section Head of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Department of Surgery at AKUH, performed open-heart surgery on a 3-year-old with Tetralogy of Fallot from rural Sindh. We perform in FUNDACION CLEMI in march as instructors together with Miguel Berbeo MD, MSc and Ruy Lloyd, MDfrom the spine surgery department of the Hospital Británico of Buenos Aires, Argentina; training in anatomical models for spine surgeons from Colombia, Argentina and Peru.
