You want to have the best beer (in my very limited opinion) and a killer experience? Treehouse in New England is the GOAT for both beer and customer experience consistency. Creating a consistent experience for your customers is a hallmark of any good business but this is one of the first pieces that falters as a business expands. Not the case for Treehouse. From their original location to their newest Golf Course experience they hit it out of the park each and every time. You heard me right, a brewery bought a golf course, and the experience remains the same. They are also one of the last breweries that I know of that doesn't wholesale their beer. You have to visit their locations in order to taste their product. Want to create a consistent customer experience? 1) Brand Consistency If you are consumer facing, make your brand consistent for each location. This includes everything from the ambiance to the materials used. 2) Technology Enabled This isn't a necessity but make your website or app consistent with your physical experience. 3) Consistency in the Product Treehouse has multiple award winning beers - sure they try different things but they also expand upon their winners. 4) Customer Service Make sure employees are provided well-document training and re-training. 5) Don't make it complicated The bar can be low for providing a positive experience.
