Pirassununga, June 12, 2024 Hello, my name is Daniel Venâncio de Oliveira, I am 40 years old, married and have a son aged 1 year and three months. I was dismissed from the company last Monday, 06/10/2024. I would like to make some notes about current business management, with the intention to provoke a reflection on the topic, aiming to improve the work context in which my former colleagues are inserted. Since I joined the company I have been able to observe that the choice of employees to receive raises or promotions is based on "favoritism" and not "meritocracy", and it makes good employees unmotivated, since no matter their knowledge or training to apply for higher positions and even leadership. Poor business management has caused demotivation among employees. Even though the company has specific methods to promote their employees, I realize that there is a lack of criteria that encourage and recognize the good efforts of some employees. I dare to suggest that there are simple ways to promote the aforementioned stimulus as a financial bonus for achieving goals, moments of feedback aimed at truly collaborative and participatory management. I see that the company has a major deficiency in this part. The company benefits from great employees, but unfortunately due to a lack of organization, knowledge and training, some remain stagnant. I observe that in many sectors of this company and especially in Expedition, which I collaborated with for 7 years and 3 months. There are qualified employees who are being unmotivated and many are even falling ill due to the visible regime of "favoritism" that unfortunately still prevails in our society. But I would like to thank you for implementing this "I want to hear it from you" system that gave us a place to speak, but those who speak suffer the consequences.
