Companies have enough resources to hire people to get things done. The lack of jobs or unemployment is generally due to most companies' hiring processes; it has nothing to do with financial barriers. In a free market, companies, especially established ones, have access to a large pool of cash. Therefore, in most places, the problem tends to be people holding positions they shouldn’t occupy, often due to fear of hiring someone competent who doesn't adhere to a certain company's employee demographic.
