Chief Operating Officer - Homeserve USA

I had the privilege of attending a leadership development session with our Team Leads this week and was asked to describe my leadership style in one word (if you know me, one word is hard...). Ultimately though, for me, it always comes down to one thing - CULTURE! Visitors to our operations center in Chattanooga often talk about feeling the energy, vibe, engagement, and passion, which is something we are very proud of. Over the years, I've learned that culture can never be a "Top Down" mandate. It doesn't come from words on a website or painted on a wall. It has to live and breathe among every one of your people. It has to be real, transparent, visible, honest, and, most importantly, INCLUSIVE. At HomeServe USA, we are blessed to be a diverse community of individuals who understand that we are stronger because of our differences, not despite them. We value our employees bringing their WHOLE selves to work because only then can they be the best they can be. HomeServe and our team believe in providing a safe, supportive environment where our greatest strength (our people) are cared for and empowered to be the best they can be for our customers, our business, and themselves! Here is a minute or so video of pictures taken in the last two weeks alone in Chattanooga, I think it shows culture doesn't happen by accident. It's a deliberate decision to differentiate for all the right reasons, and I couldn't be prouder to be part of this team. ❤️ #culture #juneteenth #pride2024 #lgbtqia #wearehomeserve #inclusion #development #leadership #people #prideparade Catherine Tom Fred Sylvester Andrew Ben
