7 recruitment myths to be left in 2023: 1. Don't use the green open to work banner 2. Not progressing to leadership is a failure 3. Accepting a counter-offer never works out 4. Only apply to a role if you are 100% qualified 5. Your CV is being automatically rejected by AI 6. You need to tell a company your current salary 7. Your Resume should be maximum 2 pages long PS - What others would you add? #techsales #saas #recruitment

Great post. Should it out from the rooftops. I'd like to add: You need to pay for "AI-based" CV customisation tools to get your CV to stand out. Now, apologies for the shameless and selfish plug: Jobseekers, I need your help with my anonymous survey, it's a little deskside research project on the sentiment of job seekers. It should take a couple of minutes and does not need an email address. Here's a link to the survey: https://lnkd.in/e9TKvaWj Thank you!

“progressing to leadership” Is that a progression? So I made a deliberate regression? 🤣🤣😳…. I know you know this, but I will get on my soapbox anyway and remind you that “leadership” is not “positional”…..
