Elkem Approves Intra-group Merger with Elkem Testvirksomhet AS The Board of Directors of Elkem and Elkem Testvirksomhet AS (formerly known as REC Solar Norway AS) approved the merger on August 30th. The decision to approve the merger will be registered in the Norwegian Business Register and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024. The merger is expected to be implemented after the expiration of the statutory six-week creditor notice period. It is noted that upon completion of the merger, Elkem will acquire all assets and rights and assume all obligations of Elkem Testvirksomhet AS, while Elkem Testvirksomhet AS will be dissolved as a legal entity. #Elkem #Merger #Silicone
