The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has updated the FAQs on the Sec. 45L new energy efficient home tax credit and the Zero Energy Ready Homes program. Builder can get a tax credit of $5,000 per unit (single-family or multifamily) for meeting the ZERH standard (and a $2,500 tax credit for meeting ENERGY STAR): https://lnkd.in/efYzwr-S
