Four and five-star hotels are the most in-demand in Montenegro. Capacities of five-star hotels account for only 11% of total hotel capacities, yet these hotels register 19% of the total number of hotel stays, showing significantly higher demand in relation to their supply share. 215 hotels were newly opened and 158 hotels were newly contracted in July 2024, and Wyndham's Global Hotel RevPAR was up 2% year over year. According to incomplete statistics from the Meadin Academy, a total of 215 new hotels opened in July 2024. In terms of the proportion of hotel types, mid-end hotels were the largest, accounting for 146; There are 37 budget hotels and 32 high-end hotels. In July 2024, there were 158 newly signed hotels, including 4 key signed hotel groups/brands, of which Delonix Group and MOSHANG Hotel Group accounted for the most prominent proportion, each with 6. New Delhi: Jaipur's Rambagh Palace has been ranked as the world's top-rated hotel in the Traveller's Choice Award 2023 by Tripadvisor, an online travel agency. Rambagh Palace grabbed the top spot leaving behind properties like Ozen Reserve in Bolufushi Island, Maldives and Hotel Colline de France in Brazil's Gramado.
