A hybrid meeting moderator is a great tip!

Love this. One additional benefit to #4 - one laptop per person, is that everybody can turn their video on and create a more engaging conversation for the hybrid/remote folks. Sometimes it's incredibly challenging to see who's talking and what non-verbal cues are occurring in the room when everybody is 20 feet away from a conference room camera.

Great tips here. I like what you said about the exec reviews to really level the playing field and avoid complicated power dynamics. One other thing that can help, similar to the moderator: Assign each remote colleague and in-person counterpart who can help speak up for them and draw atetntion to them if needed.
