It's very healthy to have voices like Boutros Thiery in the market highlighting the issues that are raised here. Semi-liquid is essentially illiquid and some tech platforms' due diligence wouldn't look much like due diligence if you looked under the hood. When you add Private Asset ETFs to the mix the picture looks even more misaligned.

Not only is Larry Fink talking about tokenization of RWA (Real World Assets) and CUSIP stocks, but if you listen closely is evangelizing several other blockchain innovations like DIDs, faster settlement, and the benefits of the immutable ledger in fighting fraud and criminal activities in financial markets.
