Chris Rand's daily blog is always a source of inspiration, however I was particularly struck by today’s missive. It’s so refreshing to have confirmed that marcom isn’t all about lead gen and conversion. Thinking that it’s a waste of time to communicate with people who aren’t looking to buy is a waste of time are sadly mistaken as Chris points out. It’s about branding – making people aware of what you offer and the value that gives so that when one day they are ready to buy, you’ll be at the forefront of their mind and the first provider they will consider.
