🌟 Embracing Neurodiversity: Celebrating Neurodiversity Week! 🌟 At KFH, we recognise the immense value of neurodiversity. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to thrive and contribute their best. By embracing neurodiversity, we unlock innovative solutions, foster creativity, and cultivate a culture of empathy and understanding. Last year Sophie Ellis (MSc Assoc CIPD) led an incredible webinar that opened up the conversation within our business. Continuing this momentum, we're providing additional training sessions for our teams to empower them to create inclusive environments where every colleague can thrive. 🙏 If you are interested in working for a company that cares about diversity, nurturing talent and fostering a culture where everyone belongs then get in touch. ✉️📞 #NeurodiversityWeek #Inclusion #DiversityandInclusion #Empowerment #EmbraceDifferences
Today is the start of Neurodiversity Celebration Week, a week dedicated to acknowledging and celebrating the differences in how people's brains work and process information. At KFH, we believe we are better together, and having a greater awareness and understanding of the traits and strengths associated with neurodiversity will help us to best support colleagues, friends or family, who may identify as neurodivergent. In November 2023, we ran a Neurodiversity Webinar, led by Sophie Ellis (MSc Assoc CIPD). The event, which was our highest attended D&I event to date, has received excellent feedback and has helped open up the conversation around neurodiversity. We also recently launched a dedicated neurodiversity online learning channel, to provide further support and resources for our colleagues. This year, we are pleased to announce that we will be running further training sessions for line managers to support their teams and foster an inclusive and accessible environment for every KFH colleague. Neurodiversity Celebration Week is not just a one-week event, and we look forward to continuing our neurodiversity initiatives further throughout the year.

As we continue to celebrate Learning at Work Week, our theme today is strategic thinking, which is something we encourage at all levels at IPGH Med Comms and is a key focus for the continuous professional development of our experienced talent through Northstar. We recognise the critical importance of strategic thinking to bring value to our clients as well as our own business. It often starts with asking the right questions to better understand the overall goal/vision – what strategic questions will you ask today? #IPGHealthNorthstar #IPGHealthMedicalCommunications #StrategicThinking
