My way to be a manager: 1- Hire the best! By best I mean, character and competence; 2- Let them work in peace! They know much more than you, that’s why you hired them!! 3- Defende them!! From all! It’s your responsibility !YOU hired them! But internally try to understand what happened and offer help and support! 4- Be kind with your team! Do not always talk about work! Be empathetic! 5- Be honest! With them and yourself! Not only talking but by making yourself an example! 6- Love what you do and give this feeling back! 7- Develop your team and each individual! 8- Respect them and recognize the good work!
