Your local approach is a joke. As a small startups we've looked at banks and decided to go with BofA thinking that, as a major banking institution in the US we would be in good hands for our US and international plans. What a mistake. Made a check deposit (from same company we do on a regular basis) and were told that we would have a hold on check for 10 days. Client checked with their bank and send us confirmation that funds were releases. Local bank rep in Henderson, Jenny, essentially told us tuff luck, nothing she can do and to call number on the back of our card. OK. So such for having a branch with real people. Called Customer Service and first got a recorded message stating some tech problem and to call back? OK three tries later talked to a rep, Marianne who was very nice but tuff luck, nothing she can do. Asked for supervisor or manager and connected to a Chris (no last name but badge - so sad they have to hide behind badges 7PXD2) who looked into matter, checked check and saw nothing unusual and I assume no reason for hold but... You guessed it... Tuff luck. Local or online or via call makes no difference, BofA is bad news

Hi there President of regional banking i left some posts on another link to your linkedin B Of A account here somewhere You Charged Me for paying off my Credit card Before Interest Due Date WT F I am closing my account yall ripped us Americams off when i was in California Years Ago - Yall remember getting busted for charging customers late Fees even though we sent our Payments in 21 days before due date I dont use other Apps and your Emailing system is what we in the military call a Circle Jerk and your Customer Service Sucks
