We call it : "Kind Capitalism" It is not: ◾ Inserting some trending social good "thing" that people may like and hoping it drives sales. ◾ Creating some vague giveback program ( ex - 1% to the Human Fund). ◾ Taking what is left over and then earmarking a random amount for charity It is: ◾ Building a profitable business model that gives back in EVERY transaction in a clear, measurable, trackable way ( Product X provides 7 meals for shelter dogs) ◾ Creating Yearly goals on the amount of good you are going to do and setting goals towards that ( We are going to raise $2M for charity in 2024). ◾ Documenting the entire giving process and getting the community involved so that they see what you are doing, are inspired to do more and becoming the leader of impact in your areas. I know not every business will look the same in how they operate. BUT I can tell you if every business operated this way, world would absolutely change for the better.
