What do you want to be when you grow up? It's a question we've all heard countless times. For some, the answer comes easily, but for others, it takes a little more time. That was certainly the case for me. I had the pleasure of working for Ward Thornton Landscapes in various positions, but it wasn't until Schill Grounds Management acquired the company that I found my true calling. I discovered that what I enjoyed most was talking to people and employees and that I was good at it! When Schill Grounds Management offered a Talent Acquisition Role, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I took a leap of faith, and it was the best decision I ever made. Change can be daunting, but you never know what you're capable of until you go after what sets your soul ablaze!
